Joe took a career break from Nortel in 1990 to study for an MBA. He neither returned to Nortel nor began studying but did put together the team that built the world's most successful mobile text messaging platform. An engineer by training, Joe focuses these days on business strategy.

Fred Jones has sixteen years of experience in the Mobile Telecommunications industry, including four years working for Logica Mobile Networks, where he worked as Engineering Manager for the wireless messaging product portfolio. Prior to this, Fred held numerous management positions within Ericsson, both in Ireland and in Canada. These roles included Product Manager, Engineering Manager and Systems Engineering Manager for Ericsson's leading voice and data products.

Rory MacHale has over twenty years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including nine years immediately prior to Ammeon working exclusively in wireless telecommunications for Aldiscon, subsequently Logica Mobile Networks, where he worked within the Office of the CTO with responsibility for incubation of new product lines. Prior to this, Rory was Technical Sales Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa during the most successful growth years of this sales region.

Clive Hannon has over twelve years experience working within the telecommunications industry. After qualifying as an Industrial Engineer his career commenced at Ericsson where he held various positions encompassing Resource Planning, Contract, Project and Account Management spread across several Ericsson product lines. After joining Logica in 1998, Clive headed up the Systems Integration division of Logica's Messaging business taking responsibility for the successful rollout of their messaging products on a global basis.

Clive has over 20 years of telecommunications experience gained working for a variety of fixed and mobile network companies. Prior to joining Ammeon, he spent nine years with LogicaCMG's mobile products organisation and during this time established successful customer facing, product management and software development organisations. In his earlier career Clive worked as a Principal Consultant for PA Consulting Group, and in technology related roles for Energis, SITA, Nortel and GPT. Clive is responsible for leading Ammeon's UK-based organisation and business.

Roisin has over 13 years experience in the telecommunications industry and is responsible for Ammeon's HR function. Prior to Ammeon, she headed up the Technical Training and Documentation Team at Logica's Mobile Networks Division where she also worked as Technical Support Manager for their messaging solutions. Roisin is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds an honours degree in Business Information Systems.
